Roberto “Rhobbo” Bovolenta is an Italian musician, composer and producer. Founding member, in 1996, of the cult band Amici di Roland, during his diverse career he teams up with renowed Italian performers as Samuel (from Subsonica), Dan Solo (from Marlene Kuntz) and Gipo Farassino, and works on tv (on National broadcast RAI and on MTV’s “Kitchen” with Mao) and in theatre, along with famous actor Luca Zingaretti and actress Paola Cortellesi, just to name a few.
In 2010 he establishes, also as a director, The House of Rock – Rock’n’roll School and Culture Centre: a new way to teach music, thought for a young audience but not only, focused on the live performance aspect of the experience.
His more recent ventures are: folk and roll trio El Tres, bluegrass quartet Ashville and British-Italian combo Il Senato, a mod/garage/beat supergroup.
He collaborates with Simona for her album “Latin Duets” (2022, Egea Music/Fraghola Entertainment), writing with her and mixing the song “Il cambiamento”.
